11) complex, complicated
Complex means difficult and consisting of many parts, while complicate also means difficult but NOT of many parts. Examples of each respective word: complicated Maths problem and complex network
12) loath, loathe
Loath is unwilling, while loathe is to detest or hate.
13) restrain, constrain
Restrain is when one restricts people from doing something. To constrain is restrict something and prevent it from developing, eg, time constraint.
