This is an eyewitness account/report on (insert subject) during (insert event) on (insert date), together with the full details below.
Notes when doing reports:
-> you (as whoever you are tasked to be) should only write down those points which you know about. (should you be given a newspaper report as a report-writing question)
-> If there is any "missing" information from the news report or no given points for you, you have to supply it yourself in your answer. (by using your intelligence and common sense, like duh!)
