This picture depicts three senior citizens playing the erhu and a banjo-like instrument (whose name I don't really know). By looking at the instruments, they must be playing a Chinese song, as the erhu and the banjo-like instrument are of Chinese origin. The senior citizens seem to be putting up a mini informal performance as they are not on a stage or amphitheatre playing their instruments, but rather, under a shady pavilion. At the background is the abundant greenery or plants and trees, so this could take place at a neighbourhood park. A young boy in the foreground who is watching the performers is probably part of the audience. He to be looking fervently at the performers; and he is most likely appreciating the performance while having a desire to learn to play one of the instruments when he grows up. After this picture, the peformers would move on to the next item, or their next piece that they need to play.
